  He wants to know all your personal information then charges you for a credit report with the information I already had from my bank. You can get a free credit report you don't need to make an appointment with this guy to get one. Contact your bank instead.

  When applying for a Home Loan, you will need to supply your personal information. Your credit will be pulled. If you do not qualify, it is your option to purchase the third party credit report. Which contains vital contact information and is helpful when address credit issues.
