  I was involved with this realty company as little as possible, but the time I spent was time enough. I told them that I was interested in residential renting far from students, Mr. Previte told me he had the perfect place, right above his office. When I saw that his office was fairly clean and modern, I expected the same from the apartment. I was wrong. As I was led up the peeling and dirty stairs, my expectations sank, but not low enough. The place was a sty with gnats everywhere and completely falling apart. It looked far worse than most of the student housing I saw! There was carpeting in the kitchen? When I asked about it I was told that they would clean it up a little and I needed to imagine the space, not what was in it. Lastly, on my way down, the tenant across the hall cam up and was some punk dressed college student. So much for residential, non-student housing. I was then told that many people were interested in it and I should move now if I wanted it. I chuckled at the idea and told him I'd have to see some other places first. I don't know what their houses are like, but anyone that dishonest cannot be good to work with.
